There was a bright lobby. The room was cleaned and available with balcony, good view and very good breakfast. Super central location, at a short distance from a miniature golf course. I would recomand to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.

The lobby was pleasant and reasonably clean. We had warm enough room that was cleaned and available with very good breakfast, wonderful views and balcony. There were outstanding bacon and fresh fruit in the morning.

Best base for a 4-night stay. We liked location and staff - awsome. Shopping hotel in an old historic area of Cocoa Beach. Quiet bedroom. Breakfast had lots of options, fresh fruit and bacon. Clean pool to relax in too.

Nice place to stay in Cocoa Beach, if compared to other hotels. We truly enjoyed the location and staff. Comfy pillows and bed. Moreover, Wi Fi throughout the property was awesome: )
